Pinellas County homeowners filled St. Petersburg College Wednesday evening to hear how recent changes to flood insurance could impact them.  Here is previous Bay news NINE Article and link.

 It's now October 1, and today was the deadline to begin the reform process. Today Governor Rick Scott had a news conference and over 200 Pinellas Realtors organization members attended. He reiterated the fact that Florida has been a "donor state" for over 35 years, and this change could severely impact the real estate industry in Florida.
