This recently built Pass-a-Grille beachfront "Coastal Castle" is custom built. Even though it is very much a classic million dollar mansion it still has Loads of charm and Heart.
It was was a pre listing Brokers open event before daylight savings clicked in, when I first saw it, an evening event. I must admit it was hard to see all the properties on realtors tour, as I lingered at this one, a beachfront, it was the only one that got my attention. it is exceptional.
