Plans announced for redevelopment of Plaza Beach Resort

Plans announced for redevelopment of Plaza Beach Resort were unveiled last week at the St Pete Beach community center. The Allure will be a new 66 room boutique condo/hotel. The majority of the rooms will be two bedroom, two bath. "There are no two bedroom two bath on St Pete beach, it is what people desire and what this area needs" say Robert Czyszczon the general manager of the resort.

Plaza Beach was built in 1951. Plans for the current hotel to be demolished by july of next year.

This is the first approved 2 bedroom condo hotel on St Pete Beach.

 Sunset vistas which is on Treasure Island has 2 beds, 2 baths and they average about 90 percent occupancy. St Pete beach averages about 75 to 78 percent occupancy. The whole goal here is to bring more people to St Pete Beach. This new development is going to be a condo/hotel. Which means they are income earning investments. St Pete Beach real estate really seems to be picking up Thanks to the new leadership and projects like these only help the areas growth.
