As a local expert and Realtor Passionate about Selling Fla Beach Front and I have been doing so since 2001, I feel it is good value at 4.5 million dollars.  This list price is well below Zillow Zestimate of 5.6 million dollars.

Though it will certainly not be the most expensive Gulf Front Home sold on St Pete Beach Florida 

I am pretty sure this one pictured above, which I sold around 2010 was. This is a similar sized Custom St Pete Beach Gulf Front home which I sold for 5.25 million.
