I was happy to suggest the Cove at Loggerhead for a couple buyers interested in relocating to our beaches and enjoy Beach Living and the active lifestyle it offers close to the airport. As a Realtor, it is very hard to find newer homes or condo's let alone new construction as old cities as there is simply not much land left to develop. I think my buyers fell in love with the community and the fact that this i a part of a renourishment district linking many of its beautiful parks and walking trails and bike paths. So they signed on to 6125 pictured above back in February while pre-construction. This Taylor Morrison project came with an excellent Tampa Bay reputation. Now this Waterfront stack of 6 is on a home run to the finish line and i am sure they will open up the next stack or set for sale creating and amazing vibrant community .

So, whats happening in St.Pete Beach FL area Condo sales - Mostly in Pass-A-Grille FL condo sales have been quite consistent, with the biggest question or concern is will anyone likely want to sell one of the few condominiums South of the Don Cesar Hotel. This should be your question especially if you are looking at a condo available now on the MLS then don't bet on one being available in the future. They simply do not turnover much especially in the smaller complex.
